Programs

The swimming program is progressive and flexible. Instruction is individualize for each participant. Children learn at different rates and even within the same level you will find children with varied abilities. One child will pick up on kicking and another on breath control. It is important to gauge a lesson at the correct age and developmental level. The curriculum includes safety objectives and behavioural objectives that will help your child not only become a better and safer swimmer, but a more confident and well balanced person.
Babies and children are kept comfortable and confident in the water so they can easily learn new strokes, skills and techniques.
It is never too early to start swimming.
